How to apply a Vietnam visa from Samoa
Citizens and residents of Samoa can choose from the following three methods to get a visa for Vietnam:

2. Sticker visa at a Vietnamese embassy
Visit the embassy of Vietnam in the New Zealand or Australia to submit your passport, visa form, photos, and supporting documents.
3. Visa on Arrival
Apply for a pre-approval letter online, then receive your visa stamp upon arrival at a Vietnamese international airport.
