Why my booking is not found on your system?

There are two possibilities:

  • You did not apply on our website: myvietnamvisa.com
  • You did not enter your email or passport number that match the information you filled in the form on our website. Please double check!

How can I check my visa status manually?

If you cannot find your visa request on our website, please email us at sales@myvietnamvisa.com with your name and passport number. We will check and reply to your email within 1-2 hours.

I did not remember which website that I used to apply for my visa, what can I do?

There are a huge bulk of websites that offer Vietnam visa on arrival service. We advise that you do one of the following:

  • Check your email to see if you receive any email relating to visa to Vietnam. If yes, contact them via the email that you receive.
  • If you already make the payment, we advise that you contact your bank to see which company name was on the charge/statement.
  • Use your web browser history (Firefox, Chrome, Safari.ect) to track back the websites about Vietnam visa that you visited before.
