Hi! I am planning to visit Vietnam next month and I will come from Phnom Penh, Cambodia by bus to Ho Chi Minh City. I know I can get a 15 days visit without a visa but I would like to stay 1 month ( single entry ). Do I have to apply the visa before I come or can you just do it on the border when you arrive? I am from Finland. Thank you.
@Markus, If you want to say for longer than 15 days, you can apply for an e-visa beforehand as there is no visa upon arrival at the border!
