How to apply for a Vietnam visa in Ottawa

Hello. We are booked on a cruise and arriving at Halong bay on February 20 2025. Currently applying for an evisa. What port do I select since halong bay is not one of the options. We will also be docking at da nang and Ho Chi Minh.
@Maria Young, there are two eligible ports for Halong Bay: Hon Gai and Cam Pha Seaport. Kindly contact your cruise operator to confirm the exact port of arrival before applying for your e-visa.
