How to apply a Vietnam visa from Bhutan
Citizens and residents of Bhutan can choose from the following three methods to get a visa for Vietnam:
1. E-Visa
Submit your application online at https://evisa.gov.vn
- Processing time: 3-5 working days
- Visa types: single-entry or multiple-entry (valid up to 90 days)
- E-visa fees: Single entry (up to 90 days): US$25 (~BTN2,037); multiple entry (up to 90 days): US$50 (~BTN4,074)
- Suitable for tourism, business, and other short-term stays
2. Sticker visa at a Vietnamese embassy
Visit the embassy of Vietnam in the China or India to submit your passport, visa form, photos, and supporting documents.
3. Visa on Arrival
Apply for a pre-approval letter online, then receive your visa stamp upon arrival at a Vietnamese international airport.
