I am applying for an e-visa but my US passport photo is 6 yrs old and there is only an 82% match to my recent photo. I was warned my application could be rejected and to upload a new photo, which is clearly not possible. How do I handle this?
@Roy Kirkwood, based on our experience, an 82% match ratio is good and perfectly acceptable. You may ignore that warning and proceed with your submission. Once submitted, you can track your application status on the official website in case the immigration department requests any amendments - though we expect it to be approved without issue.
