We are Canadian and there is a Vietnamese embassy in our country. Should we obtain our visa through them or can we use your service.

You have two options to apply for a visa to Vietnam from Canada:
1 - Visit the embassy of Vietnam in Canada (Ottawa) to obtain a valid visa before you go (good for both air and land arrival)
2 - Apply online for an approval letter to pick up the visa upon arrival (good for air travel only)
