How far in advance to get a Vietnam visa?
How far in advance should we apply for our Visa for our student educational tour? Can we apply now and travel to Vietnam in August next year? Thank you

You can apply for a visa for Vietnam whenever you wish and the visa will be valid from the date you choose on the application form. However, we advise that you wait until a closer date (3 months in advance), such as May 2024, to apply for your visas. This will help ensure that you have no changes in your plans for your visit.
