Dear! I hold a passport of Latvia (country in the European Union). Latvians need to apply for Visa before traveling to Vietnam. I plan to come to Vietnam 23MAR to Cam Ranh Airport (CXR) at Nha Trang VN I would like to ask you if I can apply for online Visa or this is possible only if arriving Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang. Yes, visa on arrival is available at Cam Ranh International Airport (CXR). You are able to apply online for an approval letter to pick up the visa on arrival at Nha Trang airport on your Latvian passport.
