singaporean need one month visa payment?
i be coming to ho chi minh from 30jul 09 to 29 aug 09. is this considered as one month visa ? plse advise.

my wife and i are going to ho chi minh from september 1-4 2010 but my wife is foreigner from Philippines while I am singaporean. I know that it is not necessary for singaporean to apply for a visa. How about foreigner from Philiipines? Pls help and advice. Thanks.
