You are required to complete all the blanks in the application form

I am from Lithuania and my husband is Iranian (even though he is a resident of Lithuania for the last 10years). We booked two two-week vacation in Vietnam. I received my visa in 3 days and my husband keeps getting incorrect message " you are required to complete all the blanks in the application form." Can you help us with visa?

@Gintare, some e-visa applications may require a sponsorship or invitation letter from a travel company or a business partner in Vietnam. If you are visiting Vietnam on a tour or booking through a tour operator, you should ask them to provide this letter. You can then upload it to the official e-visa website, or simply have the tour operator apply for the e-visa on your behalf.
I have applied e vise last week on thursday and recieved e mail this monday on 27 th of october saying “Requires additional information due to the following reason: - You are required to complete all the blanks in the application form.” and I filled all the blanks but still processing and my flight is on 1 st of november what should I do,I sent them e mails but no revert.

However, I have now received a third email stating that I must “complete all the blanks in the application form,” even though I’ve carefully reviewed everything and ensured there are no blank fields left. Would it be possible for your team to assist me in reviewing my application or resolving this issue? I would really appreciate any support you can offer.
