ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. If you object to any of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement you should not use any of the products or services on the Website and leave immediately.

• You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website.
• You (also) agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.
• You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

Time Zone: Vietnam standard time - GMT +7

Working days: All week days except Saturday and Sunday.

Working hours: 8.00 AM to 16.00 PM every working days.

Multiple / Single entry: Multiple is interpreted as multiple entries, not multiple applicants.

Multiple entries: means you are allowed to enter / exit Vietnam multiple times within a given period of time (1, 3 or 6 months). For example: 6 month multiple entry visa means - you are allowed to enter / exit Vietnam multitple times from the date of arrival you provide through the application form on our website plus 6 calendar consecutive months.

Estimated delivery time:

The estimated visa delivery time provided is based on our last 30-day on-time rate and is subject to various factors beyond our control. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, we cannot 100% guarantee the exact delivery time of your visa. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or additional document requirements. Please note that fees are not refundable in case of delays. If possible, it is advised that you do not book your flight before receiving your visa!

Note: If your visa is delayed by more than 24 hours from the expected delivery time, you will receive a full refund.

E-Visa Validity Date

The e-visa will be valid for one month from the date you enter on our application form, not from the date you actually arrive in the country.

BUSINESS VISA

Visa on arrival is good for TOURISM purposes only so by applying through our wesbsite you are agreed that you will use the letter of approval for tourism purposes. If you want to request a business visa approval letter, please select "Business" on our application form.

DISCLAIMERS

• We are not responsible for any loss, delay, or cancellation of your flight ticket, tour, or accommodation booking made for your trip to Vietnam in the event that your e-visa application is refused, delayed, or cannot be delivered on time as promised. In such cases, we will refund the full amount paid to us.
• Normally, e-visas are processed within 5-7 working days. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or system issues. We strongly recommend that you apply for your e-visa at least 1–2 weeks before your intended travel date to avoid any potential problems.
• The estimated e-visa delivery time is provided for reference only and depends on processing by the Vietnamese Immigration Department. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. Delays may occur due to public holidays, technical issues, or additional document requirements. We are not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or expenses caused by such delays.
• Applicants are responsible for carefully checking all information on their e-visa once issued. If any errors are found, applicants must notify us immediately. If the mistake is caused by us, we will assist in correcting the e-visa free of charge. If the mistake is caused by the applicant, a new e-visa application must be submitted and the full fee will apply. Processing a new e-visa application may take additional working days. We are not responsible for any loss or delay resulting from incorrect information provided by the applicant.
• We reserve the right to refuse any new visa requests or cancel applications already submitted through our website. In such cases, a full refund will be granted.
• Even if your e-visa is approved, entry into Vietnam is subject to final decision by the immigration officers at the port of entry. Travelers may be denied entry if they have violated immigration regulations in the past, overstayed a previous visa, or fail to meet entry requirements. In such cases, we will only refund the service fee paid for the e-visa application.
• This website is NOT affiliated with the Vietnamese government. The information provided is subject to change without prior notice. While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that all content is completely current or error-free. We shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on incorrect or incomplete information on this website.

• Please note that possessing a valid e-visa does NOT guarantee entry into Vietnam. The final decision rests solely with the immigration authorities upon arrival. In the event that you are denied entry despite holding a valid e-visa, our company will only refund the amount paid for the e-visa service. We disclaim any further responsibility for additional costs, losses, or inconvenience.

• Error on E-Visa Application

  Please carefully review all information in your e-visa (EV) application before and after submission. If you identify any errors, you must notify us within 1 hour of submission. After this time, we will not be held responsible for incorrect information provided by the applicant.
