PAYMENT GUIDELINES
We offer secure online payment through one of the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club and American Express. You can either choose OnePay or PayPal to make your payment.
Note: You can purchase directly and pay securely online on our website, or if you choose "Pay-later order" we can provide you with a secure link after the services have been confirmed. In both ways, we will only proceed with the payment after reconfirming with you. Our payment system is secured by Verisign and Verified by Visa Inc.
My credit card number is correct, but it is not accepted. Why?
There are a few possibilities:
• The card expiration is incorrectly entered.
• You have reached your credit limit.
• There is a computer error.
• Visa Verified password / MasterSecure Code incorrectly entered.
How safe are my credit card details?
For secure online payment, we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) from Verisign Inc. At no time are your debit/credit card details transmitted unencrypted over the internet. For further information, please refer to our privacy statement.
Other available payment methods?
1.Bank transfer
Bank transfers can be made from your bank account abroad. We will provide you with our banking details at the time of confirmation of the booking.
2. Western Union
We can accept payment through any banks worldwide using Western Union service. We will send you our receipt details and then will need the control number from you in order to finalize the receipt of payment.
Note: All bank transfer fees, Western Union Fee or credit card processing fee by Vietnamese bank shall be paid by customers.
