Hello,
Thanks for you great service. You make it a breeze to get a Visa for
Vietnam and I am quite impressed. I unfortunately had something happen
back at home and will no longer be able to travel as I was planning. I
just want to double check if there is anything that needs to be done if I
won't be using this Visa. I also wanted to make sure that this would not
effect my ability to travel to Vietnam in the future as I definitely plan
on making it there in the not too distant future.
Thanks,
Graeme Mark

Hi, Steve
Thank you very much for the approval letter. Actually everything is OK, sorry for the incorrect passport number (cyrillic letter "K"). You've typed it correctly to the approval letter. I will recommend your great service to all my friends. Once more thank you and good luck!
