Thanks for you great service.  You make it a breeze to get a Visa for
Vietnam and I am quite impressed.  I unfortunately had something happen
back at home and will no longer be able to travel as I was planning.  I
just want to double check if there is anything that needs to be done if I
won't be using this Visa.  I also wanted to make sure that this would not
effect my ability to travel to Vietnam in the future as I definitely plan
on making it there in the not too distant future.
