I have received an email from Francesco, asked me about the five-day, visa-free stay which Vietnamese Government introduced in May 2002. This regulation seemed to be very attractive to frequent travelers.

To answer this question, I have asked some travel agencies and visa processors in Vietnam, unfortunately, no one said it used. I intend to interview an immigration official to clarify this issue. Please check back later for the result
