Payment issues
Hi,
I submitted a request for an online visa, but while paying, there was some kind of error message which said the payment could not be processed. Nevertheless, I did receive an e-mail from PayPal confirming that I had paid for this service. Could you please check the status of my request?
My passport number is L163055.
