Exit Vietnam after visa expire date
my three months multi-entry visa will be expired on 9 May. I plan to entry vietnam on 9 May and exit on 14 May. is it legal ? or I need to apply a new visa. thanks for help !

Please be advised that you may suffer from an overstay charge if you leave the country after your visa expires, so we recommend you apply for a new visa covering stay from 9th May to 14th May. Renewing a visa is also not recommended since it may take up to a week and you may need to leave your passport at the Immigration Office.
