Does a Filipino citizen (hodling Philippine passport) but is US green card holder still need Vietnam visa?
I have an inquiry regarding Vietnam visa. May father is visiting Vietnam. He is living in the US for 10 years now. He is still holding and using a Philippine passport and is still a Philippine citizen But he has a US green card as well since he is living in the US. Does he need to apply for Vietnam visa to enter Vietnam? He will only be staying here in Ho Chi Minh for 6 days total only. Below is his itinerary.
July 19 arrive from Los Angeles to HCM (4 days in Vietnam)
July 22 leave HCM to Philippines
Aug 10 arrive from to Philippines to HCM (2 days in Vietnam)
Aug 11 leave HCM to Los Angeles
Kindly advise if we still need to apply a Vietnam visa for my father.
Thank You.
